5300 Peachtree Road Sidewalk and Landscaping Improvements

UPDATE: On May 21st – 22nd, construction crews will temporarily close the westbound lane of Peachtree Road for 10–15-minute intervals for material unloading. Traffic will be directed by construction flaggers during this time. The following paver delivery times are:

• 5/21/2024 – 1 Truck load between 9am-11am
• 5/22/2024 – 1 Truck load between 9am-11 am.

Construction is underway on the 5300 Peachtree Road Sidewalk and Landscaping Improvements. This project includes the addition of concrete sidewalk along Peachtree Road with landscaping improvements. Additional work includes minor roadway widening, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage, pedestrian lighting, traffic control and more.

During construction, ingress and egress to the Lofts at 5300 apartment complex will be maintained at all times. The sidewalk along the north side of Peachtree Road, along with the street parking in the project area will be closed during construction.
